Ordering and delivery policy

Order Policy

  • All orders placed online will receive a 9-digit order reference number with an order acknowledgement via email. You are encouraged to check the email to ensure all order details provided are accurate. 
  • You may monitor your order status on our homepage with the order reference number. Orders that are in the midst of delivery will be indicated as “Processing” and updated as “completed” upon successful delivery.

To protect your privacy on the order information, only the postal code is displayed for reference

  • For any changes on the order or delivery information, please use the Customer Service Inquiry Form or contact the customer service team at (65) 64433011 at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • Due to an increase in cost of fresh flowers like Roses, Tulips, Lilies,etc in February, all affected orders placed for delivery between 1 to 15 Feb will be subjected to an increase in price. New prices will be reflected on the website.

Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery

  • We do not charge delivery fee, however if delivery fails due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the buyer. A redelivery fee of $12 ( w gst $12.84) will be applicable.
  • An additional surcharge of S$18 (incl. GST S$19.26) will be applicable for orders with delivery to Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island and restricted airline and cargo areas such as Airport Cargo Complex and Airline Road. Due to security regulations imposed on these areas, we may need to contact the recipient in advance to apply for a special delivery pass for our driver to make the delivery.
  • We are unable to accept requests for special delivery schedules (i.e 9-10am ) as our delivery guys are en route for best efficiency so that they can complete all orders within the specified time. For more immediate and specific timing, please use our flexi delivery option.

Flexi Delivery

  • For urgent orders or orders with short time frames, we suggest that you consider our Flexi delivery at a nominal charge of S$28 (incl. GST $29.96).

Re-delivery

  • Please ensure that the recipient’s address is correct and that someone is available to receive the gift. In the event that the recipient is not around, the gift will be returned to the office and arranged for another delivery date and time.  A redelivery fee of $12 ( w gst $12.84) will be applicable. If the product involves perishable items such as flowers and fruits, a touch-up and re-delivery fee of up to 50% of the original selling price may be applicable.
